Chef de Partie

Ideal candidate:

Must have previous experience as Chef de Partie in a 3 star establishment

Worked in a busy establishment - possibly worked in different sections of the kitchen Must be able to work in a pressurised environment.

Main Duties
This position would involve being involved in different sections of the kitchen - restaurant/bar food and weddings.

Would work closely with the Head Chef and other senior chefs in the kitchen

Have  a very busy food trade - bar food both during the day and evening.

This is a full-time position.
